Career exploration and employment advice
As an NSCC student, you have access to career guidance from advisors, opportunities to develop your entrepreneurial skills and support with resume writing, interview skills and more.
Advising
Your Student Services team includes advisors who can help you understand program requirements, set goals, solve problems, evaluate skills, and support educational and career decisions.
Mi’kmaw and Indigenous and/or African Nova Scotian and Black students
Connect with cultural supports advisors and counsellors for support from others who share a similar heritage and/or ethnicity as you.
International students
Our international students are supported in person and online by advisors who understand the international student experience.
2SLGBTQ+ students
An advisor will help you connect with 2SLGBTQ+ learners, organizations, supports and events.
Wellness and counselling
Personal wellness is one of the keys to academic success. We provide a range of in-person services and e-health resources to support your wellbeing.
Accessibility supports
Access supports including academic accommodations, learning supports, assistive technology and exploring funding options.
Libraries
Our library team can help you with assignments, research and academic integrity responsibilities, accessing online and print resources and other learning supports.
Learning supports
